Het Werkstation started in april 2008. Despite very negative circumstances in our market and the economy in general, we grew in turnover and margin each year.
As a preferred supplier we work for both large, international corporations (finance, banking, insurance), market leaders in several hosting services, IT solutions and software, business services, media agencies and government as well as small niche players.
Our focus is on IT positions at all levels up to the Board and in all (technical and functional) areas of the very complex IT labour market. Next to this we also succesfully filled positions in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support (HR, Administrative, Officemanagement), Logistics, Notarial and Insurance.
We distinguish ourselves with a very intensive procedure on both the candidate as the client side and act as an HR Business Partner instead of a supplier.
We add value to our clients in cooperation with all stakeholders and end-responsible management by delivering solid recruitment consultancy, creating promotional and correct job profiles, market research, market positioning, proces optimalisation, recruitment strategy, coaching on interview techniques and optimizing decision-making processes.
We coach, train and attend the candidate personally on all matters influencing a smooth and succesfull application process before, during and after each phase of the procedure. This results in our average of needing only 2 or 3 candidates to succesfully fill a job opening.
Due to our extensive experience and knowledge of the labour market (and ICT in particular), all elements in a (corporate) organisation structure, HR processes, different company cultures, political and social relations, we are very capable to help and advise companies on building / reorganising / streamlining all HR and Recruitment related matters.
