About us
Het Werkstation was launched in April 2008 by two highly experienced Recruitment Specialists who were convinced recruitment could and should be done differently. Achieve more with fewer candidates, so you’ll make more people happy, disappoint fewer people, and spend less time on actions of which you already know they won’t lead to success.
Don’t introduce a CV, but a person you know. No list of a manager that says you need to introduce more candidates just to reach your key figures for this week. In other words, why would you introduce ten candidates when you already know which two of them are the best for that position?
We prefer to spend our time getting to know our candidates and all people involved at our clients truly rather than using it for random, opportunistic acquisition and e-mailing all CV’s you can find that only match on keywords. We rather optimize the quality of the procedures than the quantity thereof. We feel really helping people will make them come back to us again. We believe in honesty and openness about all aspects, instead of selling golden promises just to close the deal.
We know all the tricks used in the recruitment-market and they all have one thing in common. They distract from what it should be about: two sides taking a well-founded decision based on everything there is to know about each other. We do everything to achieve this continuous clarity and naturally take all circumstances into account on both the client side as the candidate side.
Our way of working together with you is in many cases different than what you are used to.
Which is why our results are too.
